1) Prevent Multiple Calls To the Same Contact
Now Admins can configure settings to prevent multiple calls to the same contact within a certain amount of time under Settings => Your Organization => Call Settings => “When calling a contact ask confirmation if the last call was completed within the last X minutes”.
This will present the pop up to the user asking to confirm if the user would like to proceed:
Note that only calls that got picked up by a person or voicemail machine will be counted toward this setting (duration > 0).
1) Disregard the Limit for One-Off Emails
Admins can configure a setting for the users to be able to send one-off emails once daily limit is reached under Settings => Your Organization => Email Settings => “Disregard the limit for one-off emails”
