Email Opt Out / Unsubscribe

FrontSpin does not include a direct email opt-out feature. What we recommend is to include your unsubscribe text in your email signature.

Please check with your Manager or FrontSpin Admin User for additional details or processes to follow when someone unsubscribes. For example certain Salesforce fields like "Email Opt-Out" may need to be checked in order to remove contacts automatically from your Lists/Playbooks, if the criteria for your Lists/Playbooks is setup that way. 

You can also manually remove a contact from any Lists/Playbooks they are in from their contact page in FrontSpin.
