When using FrontSpin for the first time, we have implemented the following steps in our new customer onboarding process (a.k.a. FrontSpin JumpStart Program) to ensure you and your team have the best possible onboarding experience, training and support, and are successful in using FrontSpin.
Onboarding Steps
- FrontSpin CRM Admin Training (60 minutes)
- Configure FrontSpin admin/user settings
- Import CSV files to create new leads to call/email
- Create Lists/Playbooks to begin calling/emailing
- Provide a walkthrough of using FrontSpin and its features
- FrontSpin User Training (60 minutes)
- Only needed if there are additional users who were not trained during the first session.
- Configure FrontSpin user settings
- Provide a walkthrough of using FrontSpin and its features
- Your team is LIVE!
