1) On-Demand Recording
Currently call recording is an org wide setting and Admins can exclude certain area codes from being recorded. Now it is possible to give certain Reps the ability to manually turn on the call recording in the two-party consent states if they have received the verbal consent from the prospect.
To enable: User setting => On Demand Call Recording checkbox:
If it is checked and the user is calling into one of the excluded area codes or call recordings are completely turned off => user has the button in the dialer to start the call recording:
Once the record button is pressed it goes to the recording mode (or if the call is recorded based on Org settings, this mode is used automatically).
If user is calling into one of the excluded area codes or recordings are completely turned off and does not have a permission to use on demand recording, Record button in the dialer will be greyed out.
2) Call Results Filters under Call Archive
Now Admins can filter out the calls in the Call Archive by Call Result as well:
