1) CSV Import
Now users can upload CSV files of new leads directly through FrontSpin. Admins can upload CSV files by default, but all other Roles will require permissions to be enabled.
To Import a CSV file of new leads, click on the “+” sign next to the search bar, the select Import Records:
Upload the CSV file (mark the checkbox if the file contains a header row):
Select the criteria and the update strategy (to prevent duplicates):
Map the CSV fields to your FrontSpin fields:
Optionally, add leads from the import directly into an existing list (or build a new list after upload):
Admins can grant users the permissions to upload CSV files under Settings => User Settings => Users => Select User => Can Import CSV data:
You can also monitor the progress of your import under Settings => Imports:
