Release Notes 03.29.2019

1) “Contacts that entered the list based on the entry criteria and were moved manually within the same list should still comply with the entry criteria”

Current system behavior: if contacts enter the list based on SFDC report or FrontSpin native list conditions, once they have been moved around in the same list, it is considered to be  “manual operation” and contacts can only be removed from this list manually or exit based on the exit criteria after.

Now there is a checkbox available on each list “Contacts that entered the list based on the entry criteria and were moved manually within the same list should still comply with the entry criteria” to have the ability for the users to modify this behavior if needed.

When checked, if contacts entered the list based on SFDC report conditions or FrontSpin native list conditions and were moved around manually in the same list, they will still comply with the entry conditions and be removed if they no longer match them.

Example: Contact A entered the List/Playbook because they matched the SFDC report powering that List. User moved Contact A from Step 1 of the Playbook to step 3 of the Playbook manually. If Contact A at any given point no longer matches the SFDC report criteria, they will be removed from the list.

If Contact A was moved from List X to List Y, Contact A will fall under with the default “manual operation” behavior where they can only be removed from List Y manually or via the Exit Conditions for that Playbook.

The checkbox is not supported for circular moves – i.e. when Contact A is moved from List X to List Y and then back to List X – this will be considered a manual operation.
