Now users can enable Desktop Level Notifications for inbound calls (if a user doesn’t have FrontSpin tab on focus, etc).  To enable it, users would need to go to Settings => Notifications => Inbound Calls Notifications => It will show a pop up in Chrome asking to Allow and users would need to Allow:

2) Conference/Warm Transfer to ACD Queue
