Release Notes 02.09.2018
1) Playbook Performance Report (version 1)
Users can now see Playbook performance metrics under the Reports tab on the top nav bar. Users can customize details like the date range, playbooks that they would like to report on, etc. and even export the report to a CSV file.
2) Dialer By Extension, Dial By First Name, Dial By Last Name
Users can now see IVR dialing options in the dialer, allowing them to dial by extension, first name or last name automatically.
3) Outbound Email Counter in the Dashboards
All Outbound emails will be now calculated in the Dashboards.
4) Notifications when Email Connection is Lost
Users will be notified if their email connection is lost (for example when there was an email password change) and will be notified to reconnect their email account.
