Release Notes 07.25.2021

1) Long SMS Enabled

Users can now send longer SMS messages through FrontSpin. The character limit has been increased to 459. The recipient will be able to receive the longer message and if they have the feature enabled on the phone the message will come through as a singular message, rather than splitting it into multiple messages. The SMS window within FrontSpin will display the character count and let you know if it is being split into multiple messages.

It is important to note that the multiple messages need to be accounted for when considering message limits set up in the FrontSpin SMS settings.

2) Enhanced LinkedIn Contact Search

Users can now utilize the LinkedIn search function if the Contact/Lead name includes the Company or Account. The search function will filter to search properly for the user now and provide the LinkedIn results more accurately.
