The following features have been added to FrontSpin:

  • Multiple Assigned Phone Numbers
  • Other Caller ID Verification Required


Multiple Assigned Phone Numbers

Admin level users are able to assign multiple phone numbers to a single user. The process will remain the same as before; however, you can now utilize the same users name multiple times. See below for reference.

Once an admin has assigned multiple phone numbers to a user, the user can then go into their settings>phone settings>call management>select "show assigned Personal Call ID">then check "balance between available"." Balance when available" option will randomly rotate through all of the phone numbers assigned to a user from the admin (this does not include local/random presence phone numbers). Please see what to look for below.

Otherwise, you can still use just one personal call ID phone number. To do this, go to phone settings>under personal call ID select the number you want to present>under identification select "show assigned Personal Call ID", but do not check "balance between available"

Lastly, if a user does not have a phone number assigned to them from the admin, they will receive the error message below and a phone number will need to be assigned in order for them to begin dialing.


Other Caller ID Verification Required

It will now be required to verify the number put into the "Other Call ID" section per carrier regulations. As seen below, you will see a new button labeled "verify". You will then see a prompt to verify the phone number by an SMS going to the number that was put in.
