Release Notes 01.14.2024

The following features have been added to FrontSpin:

  • Login as User
  • Dialing Tasks from Task Page


Login as User

Admin level users will now have access to "Login as User". This allows an admin to go in and look a specific users settings and is helpful when troubleshooting an issue with on of your users.You will be able to see exactly what the user is seeing on their side. The admin will also be able to give this access to any other user that would need to have this. The admin can do this by going into settings>user settings>user>then edit the users you want to have this access. 

To be able to login as the user, go to settings>user settings>user>then, next to the users name you will a drop down on the far right that says "Edit" or "Login As User".


When you select login as user, it will then proceed to login you in. However, at the top you will see "Admin Name as SDR name"

To get out of the user you had logged in as, simply log out of FrontSpin and log back in as per usual. The user will then be able to access their account again.

Dialing Task from Task Page

Users are now able to dial directly off of their task page. If a user creates a task, specifically a call task, they can then go into their Tasks page at the top and begin dialing through the available tasks. 

The user can either select all with the top check box, then hit "Dial Selected" and it will begin dialing all tasks. Otherwise, they can dial one-off calls that are due now. Lastly, the user can also sort by priority, then dial the high priority's first.
