Release Notes 08.04.2024
The following feature has been added to FrontSpin:
- "Do Not Call" built in to FrontSpin
Do Not Call / Call Opt Out
FrontSpin has added a built in Do Not Call feature. If you setup Do Not Call, a user can now simply check a box after having a conversation with a prospect that will mark them as "Do Not Call" if that is what is requested by the prospect.
If the FrontSpin user has that prospect in a call/email cadence, they can still continue to try to email them; however, they will no longer have the option to dial them. Instead, they will automatically move to the next email step. To ensure this feature is in use, please go to setting>your organization>layouts (select lead or contact based on what the team uses)>then select the '+' next to "Call Opt Out". Once you hit "Save" at the bottom, it will then be visible to your users.
There are two ways that this field can be updated:
- Manual Update of the field by FrontSpin User
- Map the field to a Salesforce with a previously created ‘DNC’ field. You can do this by going to settings>integrations>advanced>then select the "DNC" field that was created in Salesforce. Please see below:After completing these steps.your team will be ready to go. When a user attempts to dial a prospect that has been marked as '"Do Not Call", the user will see all phone options greyed out and this is the following error that will receive:
