Caller ID Visibility

FrontSpin has added caller ID visibility to the contact timeline. This now means that users will be able to see what ID option they were using (Local Presence/Random Presence/Assigned) and what phone number actually dialed the prospect. This will be shown in the timeline events on the contact page where the call task is present

As seen in the above image, the phone number of the prospect is listed first, then you see "RP" (Random Presence) with the number used to dial the prospect, following that. This will now be shown on every call that is made by a user.

There is nothing needed to activate this feature. This should automatically be present from here on out.
