The following feature has been added to FrontSpin:

AI Summary and Transcription (Offline)

Calls can now have an AI generated Summary and Transcription completed shortly after the call is complete.

This information will be available in two places. The contact timeline, and in the Coaching-Archive.  The summary and the transcript will save to the activity record, and can also be copied easily to share externally. This feature is an Add-On, so please reach out to your CSM to get more information.

Access to this feature is managed by Admins, and must be enabled at the User Level in User Settings:

Public Recording Link

An option to enable call recordings to have a shareable link has been added. This link does NOT require a FrontSpin login. 

The link is available in two places, the contact timeline and the Coaching-Archive. This setting must be enabled by an Admin in the Organization Settings>Recording Settings.

The link can also be mapped to a custom field on the Activity Object in SFDC. To map this, go to Settings>Integrations>Advanced.

The public page with the recording includes basic call details, such as: Contact Name, Title, Company, FrontSpin User, Call Result. Date/Time, Phone Number Dialed, and Duration. Additionally, the page will include a link to download the recording and a link to open the contact's page in FrontSpin. 

Please note, enabling this link comes with an acknowledgment that "By enabling this option, anyone who is sent one of your recording links can view it, even if they do not have a FrontSpin account. Be careful-it is your responsibility to not share recording links with people you don't want to give access to."
