Required Network Ports / IP Addresses

For FrontSpin’s VoIP telephony to function properly, certain Network Ports / IP Addresses are required. If any of these are blocked on your network, it can result in call quality and performance issues.

The following FrontSpin media server IPs need to be whitelisted on your network:

Outbound connections: TCP/443, TCP/80, TCP/3478, UDP/3478
Inbound Connections: all ports

UDP/16384 to UDP/32768

SIP messages are transported by the WebSocket using TCP/443.
