What do the List/Playbook numbers mean?
When looking at a list/playbook, you will see several different areas with numbers...
The numbers next to the list name or playbook step name are displayed as (X/Total), meaning how many contacts are actionable right now (X) out of the total number of contacts in that list or playbook step. So when we see 21/21, that means all 21 contacts are actionable (in this case for that Day 1 ~ Intro Email to be sent out).
If nobody was actionable in that list or playbook step, it would have instead shown 0/21, meaning those 21 people were not available yet due time time gaps or schedules used in the playbook steps, or that they had already all been called in the list--so the list was done.
If you enable the "Show What's Due Now" checkbox at the top of the LISTS page, it will hide any lists or playbook steps that are not actionable right now. In our example, you will see Step 1 of our playbook is shown because we have 21/21 contacts that are actionable, but the rest of the playbook steps that had 0/X are now hidden from view...
The next step of numbers is for email tracking, which you will see to the right of any of the playbook email steps...
The 1st number is how many emails have already been sent from this playbook step. The 2nd number is the percentage of email opens. The 3rd number is the percentage of email clicks (e.g. when someone clicks on a link/URL within the email).
