Adding Call Results
When logging calls in FrontSpin you can choose a Call Result (a quick disposition) for what happened on the call.
This is great for saving time by not having to write down certain details such as "I left a voicemail." Instead, the rep can just choose the Call Result "Left Voicemail" and save time.
FrontSpin Admins can add to or edit the master list of Call Results under SETTINGS => YOUR ORGANIZATION => CALL SETTINGS.
Once new Call Results have been added to the master list, they must them be enabled or disabled under the page layouts, under SETTINGS => YOUR ORGANIZATION > LAYOUTS.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the page layout...
Then navigate to the TASK tab and click on Call Result...
Here, you can enable or disable any Call Results you want the reps to be able to see in their Call Result drop-down list...
Make sure to hit SAVE twice... once for the Call Result list and once more for the page layout.
If a rep doesn't see the new Call Results you added, please make sure the rep is assigned to the correct page layout under SETTINGS => USER SETTINGS => USERS.
