Why does Owner field show Unmapped or Not Defined?

The Owner field in FrontSpin can only display FrontSpin users. If the owner in Salesforce is someone that does not have a FrontSpin account, it will display as Unmapped in FrontSpin. If the owner in Salesforce is a queue, it will display as Not Defined in FrontSpin.
