Using Salesforce Record Types (for Outsourcers)
A common practice for outsourcers using FrontSpin is to have different Salesforce Record Types for each of their clients.
This method allows for duplicate records that have their own individual statuses and activity histories. For example, the John Smith prospect for Client A might be marked as disqualified, but the same John Smith prospect for Client B might marked as qualified and have a meeting scheduled.
Using Record Types also allows for individual client reporting and for easy segmentation of FrontSpin lists/playbooks (e.g. here's the list of prospects for Client A only, and here's one for Client B only).
