My email won't connect

If you are having issues connecting your email account under SETTINGS => EMAIL SETTINGS => ACCOUNTS, here are a few things to check...

1) Try using a Capital First Letter in the email address. This will often resolve any connection issue. 

2) Make sure your email is not an alias account; FrontSpin does not support email aliases. For example, let's say Bob@example.com creates an alias called Sales@example.com... when connecting to FrontSpin, he would have to use his main email account Bob@example.com.

3) If your email is hosted on Exchange, there may be additional information needed. If your email username and password do not work (and you know they are correct), click on the Advanced Settings and enter the Exchange Username and Exchange Password (you will need to get these from your email administrator).
