Message “Could not load the contact information”

If you see the message “Could not load the contact information” when going to a lead or contact page in FrontSpin, it means that the FrontSpin URL is no longer valid. The 3 most common reasons for this would be: 

  1. The lead was converted to a contact in Salesforce (in which case the lead URL is no longer valid, only the new contact URL exists... so search by name/email/phone to find the new one).
  2. The lead/contact was merged in Salesforce (in which case the non-master record URL is no longer value, only the master record URL exists... so search by name/email/phone to find the new one).
  3. The lead/contact was deleted in Salesforce.
