Caller ID Options

As a user, you can choose from a few different Caller ID options when calling out. 

Under SETTINGS => PHONE SETTINGS => CALL MANAGEMENT, you will see up to 4 options to choose from...

Show assigned Personal Call ID will show your direct FrontSpin number, which is assigned to you under SETTINGS => PHONE NUMBERS by your FrontSpin Administrator. 

Private Call ID will show you a Private, Unknown or Blocked caller. 

Other Call ID will allow you to set your own outbound number (e.g. your Cell Phone is calling, you Office is calling, etc.).

User Local Presence will give you local numbers when calling prospects (e.g. you call someone in Chicago, FrontSpin will automatically show a Chicago-area local number).

If you should ever see the error message "Not able to set caller id to 'assigned' type. This user does not have any number assigned", this means you do not have a phone number assigned to your account in FrontSpin yet. Please check with your FrontSpin Administrator and they can assign you a number under SETTINGS => PHONE NUMBERS.

Once your FrontSpin number has been assigned, make sure to reset your internal phone ID settings and you're all set!
