Importing Leads/Contacts (via CSV File) In Salesforce

To import new Leads/Contacts in Salesforce, go to Setup => Data Import Wizard...

Launch the Wizard...

Then follow the step-by-step prompts (for example, select Leads -> Add New Records)... 

You can choose to match by Name or Email to prevent duplicates...

Then select your CSV file and follow click next...

Make sure to map any needed "unmapped" fields found in your CSV, matching them to their corresponding fields in Salesforce. If some of the "unmapped" fields are ones you don't need, go ahead and leave them unmapped...

Hit next and then confirm the CSV upload by clicking START IMPORT...

You'll be taken to a job details page where you can see the status of your CSV upload...

Hit the "Reload" button if the job is not finished yet and the details will refresh with the latest information. 

That's it... the new Leads/Contacts you added to Salesforce will begin to sync over to FrontSpin (give it like 15-20 minutes to fully complete the sync process) and then you can create your Lists/Playbooks in FrontSpin using these new Leads/Contacts.
