FrontSpin Does Not Support Salesforce Campaigns

FrontSpin does not support the use of campaigns to create lists/playbooks hence cross matching playbooks and campaigns is not sound and definitely not something that should be done.

Even if it seems that FrontSpin is capable of reading campaigns data, it actually not working as intended and we do not support any usage of this kind.

FrontSpin only supports the usage of reports for either accounts+contacts or opportunities+leads in order to create playbooks and do FrontSpin tasks on those leads/contacts.

Record types is the appropriate method to use with FrontSpin in case you wish to differentiate between contacts for different clients.
