Other Caller ID Verification Required

It is now required to verify the number put into the "Other Call ID" section per carrier regulations. As seen below, you will see a new button labeled "verify". Once the number is typed in, the user will select "verify". There will then be a prompt to verify the phone number by an SMS going to the number that was put in. Once the SMS is received, the 6-digit code needs to be typed into the pop-up box for verification. If you do not confirm the phone number, the option to use "Other Call ID" will no longer be viable.
