Real-Time Call Monitoring
Call History/Call Archive for User
Now all users are able to access their own Call History (all the calls in chronological order) under Monitor => Calls => Archive if they have the permission (per the admin):
Admins can give users this permissions under Settings => User Settings => Users => Call Archive Access
Admins can also decide if they want to give the users ability to edit call notes and scores by checking “Can edit call notes and scores” checkbox in user settings.
