Built-In Voicemail

Users are able to forward inbound calls to a voicemail after X seconds.

To do that users will need to record a custom Voicemail Greeting under Settings => Phone Settings => Voicemail Greetings.

To set up the forwarding to Voicemail, users need to go under Settings => Phone Settings => Call Management => Inbound Call => Select “Forward inbound Calls after X seconds to Voicemail.”

Be sure to enter your email address too, then once someone leaves you a voicemail, you will receive an email with the recorded audio file.

Otherwise, you can choose the option to forward to "Other Phone". For example, you can then put in your cell number and your calls will be forwarded to the number after "X" amount of seconds.
