The goal of this highlight is to help inform FrontSpin users of the newest feature implementations. This will ensure your team is getting the most out of FrontSpin and fully understands all use cases for the newest features.

Dialing From Task Page:

It is common for FrontSpin users to utilize tasks in their day-to-day dialing. If you team has not implemented task usage, we highly recommend this. For example, if you are dialing a prospect, but they are currently busy and request a callback, the user can create a task that will remind them to follow up. You can create a task while dispositioning your current call or do it from the contact page. Please see below images for reference:

For better management of tasks, FrontSpin has recently implemented a new feature that allows users to dial directly from the task page. In order to use this feature, you must save the task as a "Call", not a "Callback". You can either select all with the checkbox next to "Dial Selected" or individually select the task(s) you want, then hit "Dial Selected".

If you have a large amount of tasks due, you can choose to sort those tasks to better meet your needs. For example, you can sort by priority level to ensure those tasks are completed first. Otherwise, you can sort by any of the columns on the task page.
