I Can't Hear Them, They Can't Hear Me

If you are making a call in FrontSpin and having audio issues where you can't hear them or they can't hear you, check your computer sound settings.

If you are on a Windows computer, there is one more thing to check... left-click on the Windows sound icon and click the little arrow next to where it says "Select playback device." Windows often creates multiple audio channels for the same headset and oftentimes the one you want to use is the "Hands-Free" option. 

So if you are currently on the "Stereo" option and are having audio issues, switch over to the "Hands-Free" option to resolve the issue.
