International Dialing Requirements

FrontSpin offers full international dialing capabilities. If you already have this enabled for your FrontSpin account, all you need to do make it work effectively is to make sure you are using the standard e.164 format for any international phone numbers in your Salesforce.

The e.164 format starts with the +country code, then area code, followed by the phone number. Example: +442071838750.

Numbers that are formatted this way will automatically work in FrontSpin and you will see a little country flag automatically show up next to the number when dialing in FrontSpin.

If you attempt to dial an international number that is not formatted correctly, you will get a “this number cannot be dialed” message and you’ll just need to update the phone number to the correct format, then call again.
