In order to convert a Lead to a Contact, users do that through SFDC using the CONVERT button.
Once a Lead is converted in SFDC, the unique FrontSpin URL for the Lead is no longer valid (i.e. https://app.frontspin.com/#!/contacts/112086736). It is replaced by a new unique FrontSpin URL for the Contact record.
In some corner cases, if a user performs the Lead conversion in SFDC and saves the call notes in Frontspin at the same time (before the conversion is completed), the call notes might be lost because the simultaneous updates from SFDC and FrontSpin collide.
