What do the email icons mean?

When looking at email steps on the LISTS page (after expanding your Playbook to see the email steps within it), you will see email icons that show the email stats for those email steps…

In the image above, the three icons circled (in order) are (1) the # of emails sent from this Playbook step, (2) the % of email opens and (3) the % of clicks for any web links within those emails.

Also in the image above you will see this particular email step is using A/B testing to send two different email variants. In this case the three icons circled above are the aggregate stats for both email variants, and just below that are the stats for each variant. There we can see Variant A was sent 4 times, but has no opens or clicks, while Variant B was sent 2 times and has a 50% open rate and click rate.

You will also see these same email stats on the Lead/Contact timeline for each of the individual emails their timeline…

Finally, in order to track the email opens/clicks, the user will need to enable the following settings under their SETTINGS > EMAIL SETTINGS > BCC AND CLIENT…

There are also override settings within the List/Playbook settings when creating a List/Playbook, used to enforce that emails are tracked or not tracked…
