Help! How do I stop emails from being sent?
If you accidentally starting sending emails before you were ready, or maybe something is wrong with the email content and you want to stop them from sending, all you need to do is toggle the ACTIVE switch to OFF.
Once the ACTIVE switch has been toggled to OFF, it will automatically stop any emails being sent from that playbook. All emails in the playbook will then be marked with 'Status = Email Send Error' and can be re-sent when ready. See: Email Send Error / Retry Failed Emails.
