Email Send Error / Retry Failed Emails

Any time you get an Email Send Error, here's how to diagnose the reason and then Retry Failed Emails. 

 
Please Note: Make sure the user who is retrying the failed emails is the user the emails were meant to be sent from. Regardless of the original email sender, whoever retries failed emails will be the user who sends them.
