On-Demand Call Recording

With regard to various state and federal call recording laws, your FrontSpin admin may have chosen to block call recordings in certain US states (see: Call Recording Settings). 

Your FrontSpin admin may also have enabled the ability for users to record on-demand in those US states once recording content has been given. This is enabled under SETTINGS => USER SETTINGS => USERS on a per user basis... 

If your call is automatically being recorded, you will see the "Recording" button already activated...


However if your call is not automatically being recorded and On-Demand Call Recording has been enabled for your user account, then you can manually click the "Record" button once consent has been given...
