Activity Reporting: FrontSpin vs. Salesforce

FrontSpin syncs all activities to Salesforce, but there are circumstances that may cause the numbers to differ when comparing them in FrontSpin reports vs. Salesforce reports. 

Example #1...

Here in FrontSpin, we see that Nick Fury has made 7 DIALS and 5 OUTBOUND CALLS (see: Dials vs. Outbound Calls)... 

In a Salesforce 'Tasks and Events' report, we can see the same...

However, if any activities were deleted in FrontSpin or Salesforce by a user... 

... then you would now see a difference in the reporting. FrontSpin would still show the accurate numbers (7 activities), but Salesforce would no longer show the deleted activities (now 6 activities)...

Example #2...

If there were any synchronization issues between FrontSpin and Salesforce, where the activities could not be synced (due to Salesforce API being unavailable, permissions issues in Salesforce, etc.), FrontSpin would still show the accurate numbers, but Salesforce would only show the number of activities that were synced.
