Salesforce Reports, Dashboards and Advanced Fields

FrontSpin provides the following installable packages for Salesforce:

FrontSpin Dashboards & Reports v1.1

This Salesforce package provides some out-of-the-box dashboards and reports, allowing tracking of key metrics like talk time, dials, connects, etc. This is highly recommended and all the reports and dashboards are customizable. 

Once installed, you will see 4 new folders under the Salesforce reports section:

  • FrontSpin Reports (One-To-Many) 
  • FrontSpin Dashboards (One-To-Many) 
  • FrontSpin Reports (Standard) 
  • FrontSpin Dashboards (Standard)

One-To-Many reports will use the 'FS Created By' field to track each user's activities, whereas Standard reports will use the Salesforce user instead.

FrontSpin Advanced Mapping Fields v1.0

FrontSpin offers advanced field mapping capabilities that track additional information such as what List/Playbook the contact was in when dialed, how many calls were made to the contact, when was the last call made to the contact, etc. 

This additional information is very useful in reporting and for sorting Lists, so it is also highly recommended.

Must be configured in FrontSpin under SETTINGS => INTEGRATIONS => ADVANCED.

FrontSpin Email Tracking Fields v1.1

Email opens/clicks are tracked in FrontSpin by default. However, if you want this data to be logged to Salesforce as well (for reporting purposes), install this package. 

This will also increase the number of Salesforce API calls, which is why this package is optional.

Must be configured in FrontSpin under SETTINGS => INTEGRATIONS => ADVANCED.
