FrontSpin integrates directly with the user’s Gmail or Outlook/Exchange account using OAuth, syncing to the user’s Inbox and Sent folders. FrontSpin can also integrate with other email providers through IMAP.
To connect your email, navigate to FrontSpin Settings > Email Settings > Accounts to connect your email account.
After authentication, you will see a green checkmark next to your email account in FrontSpin, meaning everything is successfully connected.
Please Note: If you later change your email password, you will need to go to your FrontSpin Settings > Email Settings > Accounts and re-link your email account with the updated credentials.
