Microphone Settings / WebRTC Errors

If you cannot dial in FrontSpin or your get a WebRTC error, that means your Microphone is not recognized in Google Chrome.

When you start dialing, you will see a camera icon in the URL bar. You will need to make sure your Microphone access is allowed and the correct headset is selected there under Microphone:

For best audio quality and ease of use, a USB or BlueTooth wireless headset with a noise cancelling microphone is preferred.
