Monitoring Calls

As an Admin or Manger in FrontSpin, you have the ability to monitor calls, do on-call coaching and log your notes/feedback on each call. 

If you want to give monitor access to a rep, you can assign them the "Monitoring Sales Rep" role under SETTINGS => USER SETTINGS => USERS. Bases on this user role, reps would only be able to listen to calls, but not be able to do on-call coaching or log their notes/feedback on each call. 

When Users/teams and other filters that have been selected last under Coaching (Real-Time Activities, Archive and Library), these settings will be saved when users return back to their screen:
