Disable sync for outbound emails sent through the mail client and inbound emails

Under Settings > Your Organization > Email Settings, you will see a checkbox to “Disable sync for outbound emails sent through the mail client and inbound emails.”

Normally FrontSpin will automatically log all email activities to Salesforce (including emails sent directly from the user’s email account (outside of FrontSpin), but with this checkbox enabled, those emails sent directly from the user’s email will not be logged to Salesforce, nor will any inbound emails.

Therefore, only emails sent directly from FrontSpin will be logged to the activity timeline in Salesforce.
